"I couldn't have asked for anything better than what was given to us by hospice. You were all good people to work with. The two aides that came in especially, I couldn't believe what they did and how they went about it. Everything you all did - the nurses, everyone - all made this so much easier. We knew this wasn't going to be easy, but with hospice, it pulled us through. You cared, you really cared. I'd like to go back and thank the doctor who recommended you - she said 'there are a lot of hospices out there, but this one is the one I recommend', and that's why we called you."

"It's high class place - we wanted a high class place, and you guys really filled the bill. We couldn't believe it, you let all our family come. Sometimes there were 15 of us there in that room. And you let me stay over the night. I knew right away, after I came on the tour, I canceled all the other tours, I didn't even go to the other places. I wanted a place with dignity and high class for her, and we got it. I highly recommend it. I tell anyone who asks - heck, I'm even telling people who don't ask - the Pillars is an awesome place."

"The Pillars is the most amazing place, you made his last hours okay. I can't say enough good things, the staff have to know how important they are, it can't be an easy job. Anybody who can work like that, well, they are a special bunch of people. We made a lot of good connections there. We couldn't have been happier with his care. It was a very good experience. Say Hi to Kerry for me, she sure is a special lady. Say Hi to all the staff, really special people, every one of them."
