The Pillars Hospice Home is a residential hospice where end-of-life needs are met with caring, compassionate, and respectful care. Established in 2000, The Pillars Hospice Home takes its name from the spiritual pillars of faith, hope and love. The home is supported by philanthropy and community donations.

 

The Pillars is conveniently located in Oakdale, MN on a beautiful, private 4-acre lot. There is a spacious deck that overlooks a pond with a serene view that all have access to. Each of our eight private suites has its own bath, as well as a patio opening to the outdoors. Aromas of fresh baked cookies and homemade meals from the open kitchen fill the house while you relax in the sun porch, gazebo, family room, or dining room. Or you can pour a cup of coffee or tea and sit by the fireplace to experience the home-like atmosphere. 

 

The home is a sanctuary where individuals, families, and friends can gather and spend precious time with their loved one. We graciously accommodate 1-2 loved ones who wish to stay overnight. The care we provide is personalized to ensure your end-of-life goals and priorities are met. Nursing care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a minimum staffing ratio of 1 nurse to 4 residents. The Pillars is also home to many dedicated hospice volunteers who are committed to making your experience here the best that it can be. It is a place to call home.
